Our pasture raised cattle are grass-fed and grain finished for optimal flavor and tenderness.

Our herd is on a customized feed program through well-known, long-standing US cattle practices.  All grain is locally grown in Upper Freehold.

We only harvest through a USDA butcher, where the beef is dry aged for the best quality.
